Privacy Policy

Alegria RevOps provides an AI operating layer for revenue operations teams. This policy explains what we collect when you use the product and website, and how we handle it.

Account data: name, email, organization and role.

Workspace content: CRM records, activities, meeting transcripts and files you connect, upload or import.

Usage data: feature usage, agent runs, approvals and error logs needed to operate and support the service.

To provide the product: syncing your CRM, running agents and workflows you configure, producing forecasts, risk scores and ROI reporting, supporting your team, securing the platform and billing your plan.

Content you submit to an agent may be sent to model providers so the agent can generate output. We send only what the configured task requires, and we do not use your workspace content to train our own models.

We share data with service providers that host our infrastructure, process payments and provide AI models, under contracts limiting their use to running the service. We do not sell personal data.

We keep workspace content while your workspace is active. After deletion we remove or anonymize it within a reasonable period, except where we must retain records to meet legal or accounting obligations.

Tenant data is isolated with row-level security, connection credentials are encrypted at rest, and access is controlled by role. See our Trust & security page for details.
